merry christmas

it's been a long month of holidays/getting ready for 2015. of gift wrapping (which i'm getting better at). of hand-painting mugs for my friends and family. of new Bible studies. of christmas parties (first time i ever hosted my dad's side of the family at our new house).

so...i'm giving you all these excuses because it's been nearly a month since i posted last time. good one, right?

and unfortunately, this one won't be too long either...maybe you're thinking no, ashlyne, that makes it FORTUNATE. either way, i want you wish you and your family a merry christmas. it's been a heck of a 2014, and i cannot wait until 2015 (for one reason in particular: my novel comes out!!!)
