mason and i decided to go to breakfast on our wedding day, plus, we did our photoshoot together two weeks before this day, so we had seen each other in our wedding attire already and seen each other on that day. some people think it ruins the surprise a little bit, but i promise you that on the day, it rocks either way. our plan was to cut down on emotions so that we could enjoy our wedding day...trust me, there were still a lot of emotions, just fewer mascara-running tears. i look really ugly when i cry, so i'd rather smile when pictures such as these are being taken.

| you don't see the weather super clearly, but it had rained that morning...which freaked me out--who wants it to rain when your wedding is outside? but it cleared up, and the cloudy day was perfect for pictures. |
